    One to ten ^_^

    один два три, четыре, пять, шесть, семь, восемь, девять, десять

    Now I am still VERY beginner on pronunciation. Im going to phonetically write them as how I would pronounce them and can you tell me where im going wrong and correct me etc?

    Odeen, Dvar, Tree, Chetoira, pyatya, Shestje, semm, Vosemm, devyatya, desyatya.

    Wether it be written, or a recording I am very thankful.

    Not only will your help, help me with these words but others to!

    I know, this ' confuses, but it just means that the consonant is soft. It must be hard, but it seems like it can't be helped

    Thank you to both of you and Lampada - I already know that word though thank you very much for your kind'ness.

    Things I know atm: Zdrasvootye, Privjet. Kak dila? Kak vas zovoot? Menya zovoot Dan ;]

    And I randomly know this phrase from a poster in school.

    ВЫ ВЫЖАЕТЕ ИЗ АМЕРИКАНСКОГО СЕКТОРА
    Am I right in saying that "АМЕРИКАНСКОГО" is pronounced "Americanskova". Not skoga D:

    I believe "сектор" has some administrative/political connotations than geographical.

    Слово "сектор" в берлинском случае продиктовано международным правом. Договор об оккупационных зонах был подписан между 4 государствами. Берлин по договору делился на 4 сектора (видимо, именно слово "сектор" присутствовало в договоре, одновременно подписываемом на 3 языках сразу), что имеет смысл, поскольку Берлин - круглый, и его удобно делить на сектора.

    В обычной жизни, слово сектор подходит не сильно, проще сказать "территория".

    Американский сектор может и не быть американской территорией. А слово "сектор" используется не только для части круга.
    Налево пойдёшь - коня потеряешь, направо пойдёшь - сам голову сложишь.
